If it still doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, here are some things that may help:
  • Verification links are sent from messages@securemyemail.com, not from the sender’s email address.
  • Check your Spam, Junk, and/or Promotions folders.
  • If you’re using web-based email, try logging into your email provider’s website to see if it’s trapped there.
  • If you’re using a business email address, contact your IT department to see if the message is being stopped by a special quarantine or other filter. If so, ask that emails from securemyemail.com be “whitelisted” for future delivery.
