How do I add Contacts?
Mobile = Log into SecureMyEmail and from Main Menu, choose Contacts and click the “+” in the upper right hand corner and follow the steps to invite via email or from your device contact list.
Desktop = Log into SecureMyEmail and choose Invite Contacts from “SecureMyEmail” menu in top Menu bar and follow the steps to invite via email or from your device contact list.
I’m getting a “Key not Found” error.
If this is a different device from the one you set up SecureMyEmail on:
- Return to the primary device and choose Settings >> Account >> Use SME on another device and follow the steps.
- Then, return to the second device, and log in. The second device should notify you that you need to sync the device and/or download the key.
- If that doesn’t happen, you can manually sync the device by going to Settings >> Account >> Sync Device
If, for some reason, you’re getting this error on a device you know you set up properly on:
- Try logging out, quitting the app, restarting it, and logging back in. If that doesn’t sort it out, try restarting the device itself, restarting app, and logging back in.
